Cancellation Policy

💭Did you know that in the hair industry, most stylists 🙋🏼‍♀️earn their pay💵 by serving each client that sits in their chair? This means they do not make a salary 💵 nor do they get paid an hourly ⏰wages. They earn their pay💵 by taking care of the clients that is sitting in their chair receiving services 💇🏼‍♀️ 💭Did you also know that in this industry most stylists 🙋🏼‍♀️pay 💸for all of the supplies it takes to do your hair? This mean that at LEAST 24 hours before your appointment📆 your stylist 🙋🏼‍♀️has to go buy💸 all the supplies necessary to do the services you booked. If a client does not show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this does not leave an opportunity for the stylist 🙋🏼‍♀️ to book another appointment📆 on top of being out of pocket💸 for the supplies needed for your appointment. 💬Therefore, I respectfully request at least a 48 hours ⏰ cancelation notice. Your appointments📆 are very important to Me, it is reserved especially for you! I do understand that unavoidable things happen like injuries 🤕 or illness 🤧 I will take those into consideration on a case by case basis. I also understand sometimes schedule 📆adjustments are necessary!! My appointments are confirmed 72 hours ⏰ in advance because I know how easy it is to forget 😖 an appointment you booked 4 to 8 weeks ago. However since the services are reserved for you personally and you have the at least 72 hour ⏰ to make adjustments to your appointment booked or your schedule. I will be enforcing my 48 ⏰ hour cancellation policy/fees💰 ⚠️CANCELLATION ~ NO SHOW POLICY⚠️ - Less than 48 hour⏰ notice: Will result in a charge of 50% 💵of the services booked. due at time of cancellation and must be paid before rescheduling 📆 - Anyone that has 3 consecutive late cancellations: Will be required to prepay 💳 for their services at time of booking. - NO SHOWS🛑: Will be charged 100% of the services booked amount. -Anyone who NO SHOWS will be subjected to prepaying 💳 for full💯 services at time of booking. - Any prepaid services that are cancelled with less than 48 hours ⏰ notice ☎️📲🖥 Or any NO SHOW prepaid services: 🚨All prepayments are FORFEITED, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE🚨 Please understand that this cancellation policy allows me 🙋🏼‍♀️ the time ⏳necessary to inform any standby👫 clients on my waiting list of my availability and the opportunity for them to receive 💇🏼‍♀️ services, as well as filling any open appointment📆 times ensuring that I can earn my full💯 potential of pay 💵 necessary to maintain my personal financial obligations.
